Digri centralizes tasks, recurring maintenance reminders, vendor contacts, and costs for every property in one dashboard, with photo documentation at each stage of a job and a searchable document vault for invoices, permits, and contracts. Live reports track monthly spend, task status, and VAT refunds across a portfolio of properties, with tiered plans from a free single-property tier up to multi-property, multi-user accounts for professional property managers.
A cloud-based reporting system built for residential care homes. Huginn.care replaces scattered paperwork with structured daily logs, incident reports, and customizable templates, giving staff a fast, consistent way to record resident behavior and care events. Resident dashboards visualize well-being trends over time, while GDPR-compliant storage, analytics, and per-user access control support facilities managing multiple divisions and staff. The platform has grown to serve over 800 users.

The look comes from the Guide animations Shynola made for the 2005 film, which became a DVD menu, which has now become somebody's CV. Life. Don't talk to me about life.
